We had a great stay at Puerta De Santillana in Reocin. The hotel is modern with large rooms and a lovely big foyer. The staff was very helpful and showed us places to visit without us even having to ask. The location was excellent, making it easy to get to many places from the hotel. The check-in process was one of the best I've experienced, with a host who walked me to the room and provided all the necessary details. Despite being located near a petrol station, the room was very quiet, and the wifi was excellent.
No issues.

It had a good shower..
Next to a petrol station, no staff at reception so you had to check in at the garage, rooms cold, breakfast also at the petrol station and not the hotel, quite possibly the worst hotel I have stayed in.

Friendly staff, though the front desk is not staffed all day, but there are always staff at the Petrol Station to help. A fairly decent cafe is available, or a short walk in town will take you to a couple of decent places to eat. Very clean, quiet and safe feeling despite being so close to the motorway.

The hotel is conveniently located near some beautiful natural sites, like the Cabuerniga Valley and the Liébana region. The food at the local restaurants is amazing!
Oh, how I loved the view of the University Pontificia on the hill! But the hotel should invest in soundproofing, as I could clearly hear the rumble of the nearby rivers and streams all night long.

Just spent a weekend at a hotel and had a great time. Loved the location, it was close to many restaurants and cafes, plus public transportation was easily accessible. loved that the hotel had a pool and the beach was just a short walk away. The room was simple, yet clean and comfortable. And the best part? The hotel had a super helpful and friendly staff. They made sure our stay was enjoyable and stress-free.
The food was not the best, though we only had it once. But we didn't mind because there were plenty of other places nearby to eat.

My new year stay was fantastic! The hotel was in a great location, just a short drive from all the attractions. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, showing us all the best places to go. The room was spacious and modern, and the wifi was fast and reliable. Best of all, the hotel had a fantastic pool that we enjoyed swimming in every day.
That the hotel was located near a highway, which made it a little noisy at times. there wasn't much to do at the hotel besides swim in the pool.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The location, just off the major highway, made it easy to access other areas. The staff provided exceptional service, even going as far as switching my room to improve the internet connection. The room was clean and well-decorated in everything but the beds, which were slightly uncomfortable. the cafe opposite the hotel offered an excellent dining experience.
The pool was small and surrounded by a fence next to the parking lot.
